3. Sealant Application

It's recommended to seal your asphalt driveway every 2 years to maintain its appearance and extend its lifespan. If your driveway is very grey and/or brittle then it is recommended to do back to back years to build up the tar content in your driveway, enhancing its elasticity and durability.

The entire cleaning, prepping and sealing process typically takes 1-2 hours, depending on the size of the driveway. However, it's advisable to avoid using the driveway for at least 12-24 hours to allow the sealant to cure properly.

Yes, we fill minor cracks that are generally a pen-width wide or less and various lengths. This process is included in our Sealing + Crack filling service. We use a cool-poured crack filler for residential jobs.
