Final pricing may vary based on actual site conditions, measurements, access limitations, material requirements, or other factors identified before or during service. Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods may include:

4. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance where possible. Refunds, credits, or rescheduling may be offered at our discretion in cases involving weather delays, service disruptions, or other circumstances affecting service delivery.
5. Liability
While we take reasonable care in performing our services, Gold Standard Property Pros is not liable for:
Undisclosed, hidden, or pre-existing property damage or defects
Delays or inability to perform caused by weather, site access issues, supply shortages, or other events beyond our reasonable control
Injuries to third parties occurring on-site during service where not caused by our negligence
