This step also ensures that fertilizer, water, and nutrients can reach both your new seedlings and your existing root system. If you’ve chosen our Recovery+ package, we immediately follow with core aeration, relieving soil compaction and creating direct pathways for air, water, and nutrients to penetrate deep into the roots. Next, we overseed with a premium turfgrass blend designed for Canadian climates, thickening your lawn and filling in bare patches. To finish, we apply a professional-grade fertilizer or soil enhancer that provides essential nutrients, helping your lawn recover quickly and thrive through the season.

Assessment and clearing of any items on the lawn

Using commercial grade dethatchers / power rakers we go over your entire lawn to kick up 90%+ of dead thatch.

Blow, Rake and Bag

We blow all the thatch and other debris into a pile. This also acts to separate grass blades stuck together.
