Property Prep for Power Wash

We assess the condition of your surfaces to identify cracks, stains, coatings, or areas needing special attention

We pre-wet plants, cover sensitive areas, and mark electrical/outdoor items (if needed) to keep everything safe.

We trim back grass or vegetation that is encroaching onto the area to be pressure cleaned. We do not trim any trees, bushes or gardens unless specifically requested.

Yes — we use a soft wash (either low pressure + detergents or physically scrubbing with soft bristle brush on 30 foot carbon-fibre, water-fed poles) for siding, soffits, and trim. It removes algae/mildew without forcing water behind panels or damaging paint.

Both use pressurized water; “hot power washing” often implies heated water for very stubborn grime. For most residential jobs, calibrated pressure + the right detergents do the trick and heat is not recommended. We choose the best method per surface.
